Scrol drop rates way too low??

It's good the way it is,there is actually "competition" for getting them. But I would higher the chances by a little bit , the fun fades when it is way too low.

I havent seen an Epic scroll on a wheel in over a month. And that's on 3 accounts. I would love to buy it , but they don't sell Whalorn scrolls lol.

Warlorn, faverivy and c4po will be nice
