Flight stats and technician talent

1.Where does a GOLD flight stand amongst the other epic monsters?
2. How does flight's talent "Technician" work? What is the power threshold on the skills? For example, would a move with 90 power benefit from technician?

I would like to know these facts!

i almost never saw a gold flight so I can't really tell but I think it's not THAT good.
Technician would most likely work only with frenzied attack but if flight is gold then i doubt if it will work with anything.

So far I've seen 1 gold flight and it was pretty strong. The build on it was quite similar to that on a Purfection. So i'm assuming flight can be used as a weaker Purfection substitute.

As for the talent technician, its skill power threshold is 45. Which means any skill with a power of 45 or less will 100% proc the talent. However, the talent can also proc on a skill with power of 45 or more, but the greater the power, the smaller the chance. (found this info on a chinese forum)

Technician on a gold flight with frenzy attack+6 is really good. I've seen it ohko gold feli if it lands all 5 hits with frenzy.
