Support:: request for info please

For climbing from floor 4 to floor 5, Can we get a more detailed description of how the appraisal works? Such as does it calculate who from f5 is getting dropped?
the weekly pvp scores for all of f4?
Is the weekly pvp score an average of say 4 weeks?
I ask this because 1 week my score was 2763, I could climb, the following 3 weeks my score was 1550 or less and I still could climb.
How do you get demoted from f5, besides having lower than normal scores? Some dont pvp at all and get demoted, some have way low scores and stay on f5.

More clarification would be great

had a 1680 score and got demoted , the other time had a ~1550 score and didn't get demoted.

Hi there when your weekly PVP score is considerably lower than the average score of fellow players on your floor, you'll get demoted automatically by the system. The average score is a fluctuate figure because it's based on the real-time performances of all floor fellows at the settlement time. Thanks it did explain the demotions better. If I understand it, if many of the players on f5 are trying to demote to f4 then the average for the whole floor 5 is lowered, making it even harder for a single player to be "considerably" lower.
