Coins?

Hi i bought coins on 8/11/2013 . 5 times so 0.99$ times 5 . I clicked purchase then a new windows says purchase has been made but you didnt download it, tap ok to download, then in game message says purchase has failed try again.
Come on its been 4 days.. I have been contacting support and email for the last 2 days but no respond from them.. Need help
