That's sure a long list!
All normally obtainable epics including the sealables but excluding the mutated ones, Pampurred , Pinster , Terrar..

legendaries come in special synthesis?

Terrar has been added to special synthesis. It was announced in the recent update.

There is no legendaries in special synth at the moment.
