damage formula

can anyone tell me the damage formula along with some example with elemental attacks? I know it is 50% bonus for using the same type skills, and 100% bonus for elemental advantages. I need the actual formula to calculate the damage. If anyone knows, please help out.

As far as I'm concerned, no one has the genuine formulas used for Haypi Monsters, only speculations.
Haypi isn't too open about their coding.
