iVe heard that u invite friends to,get it but exactly how?

you give out your pal code to people and when they download the game and start for first time, they enter that code. Once you get I believe 10 that are lvl 10+ you get Stinger.

If you need pals, what I suggest is write a review in app store or edit your current one, put your pal code in review. And every 5 or so days re edit the review so it stays up top. When the game was in its prime I did this for 2 weeks and got about 60 pals.
