Skill Book monster rating and element locks

Have a peek at the requirements for skill books. Also of books can be learned by other elements such as Fire and Ice learning Electric moves or Electric monsters learning some Plant skills.

Also there are a lot of Advance skill books that can be learned by Rare monsters, not just Epic and Legendary.

One more thing, weather skills are open to Physical, Ghost and Psychic.

Combat is going to get a whole lot deeper once we start getting enough EoW to start buying books (or finding them).
