I would also like to nominate MoriMari.

He is knowledgeable of the game, active in alliance chat and I am confident he would be an active expert in world chat. He communicates well and would have high standards for ethics in world chat.

I do not perceive Mori to be the kind of expert that gets the 10 coins per week and then you never see him again in world chat. We have too many of those already *cough cough* ummm... well you know who you are.
