Guess I'll reserve a spot too just in case things get out of hand.

Also I have a couple of questions.
One.
How are mons with multiple evolutions treated? Like if I made a monster that evolved twice (had three forms) then would those three monster designs take up all three of my submissions, or would it all count as one monster since evolution is a part of mon design?
Two.
Regarding multiple accounts.
Is there going to be any mitigation against people with multiple accts going over the three submission limit, or will multiple accounts just be an
advantage?
Three.
Use of copyrighted material/original work.
Since this is a contest for creating a unique design, Is it mandatory for submissions to be entirely original? I've seen a few contests like this before and there always seems to be a couple of people who use work that isn't theirs in the making of their piece, or rip off designs made by others/ work that isn't theirs entirely. Are there going to be any rules or consequences where those things are concerned?

1.) Creation Skill [ Psychic type , Magic skill , PP point 10/10 ]
This skill cans random and select any attack skill ( Physical and Magical ) of all element type and all skill type ( Beginner , Intermediate , Advanced )
### Note ###
This skill have 2 process path : One is about skill type and second is about element of skill. The player can choose that they need to random between element type and skill type. If they want to choose about element, they have to random about skill type. Likewise, if they want to choose about skill type, they have to random about element.

2.) Modification [ Psychic type , Supplementary skill , PP point 10/10 ]
This skill can change an element type of monster target from original to other elements ( Change only element not included any skills and any talents )
### Note ###
This skill have 2 process path : One is about change element of enemy and teammate. Second is about change element of The Creator ( self-target ). If player need to change an element of enemy and teammate, they will be changed by random. But if player need to change an element of The Creator ( self-target ), the player can select which elements that player want. This skill will be in effect until the target was switched or death. If The Creator need to change element from other element to the original element by use this skill with The Creator again ( self-target ).

3.) Retention [ Psychic type , Supplementary skill , PP point 5/5 ]
This skill allows The Creator can use the last skill of enemy that was used.
### Note ###
This skill can copy any of skill type ( Physical , Magical and , Supplementary skill )

4.) Forbidden [ Psychic type , Supplementary skill , PP point 5/5 ]
This skill can makes the enemy cannot use the last skill again on the next turn.
### Note ###
This skill will be in effect only one time on the next turn.

1. The Creator have all of skills [ Creation Modification Retention Forbidden ] since The Creator was LV.1
2. The Creator can not learn any skill from the skill books


Talent :
1.) Intelligent
Increase magic attack and increase the random rate skill to get magical skill.

Increase physical attack and increase the random rate skill to get physical skill.

The Creator get debuffs, it will disappear when end of turn and give some hp-restore.)

increase the random rate skill to get benefit element.

Has a chance to avoid all result ( damage and debuffs from ennemy ) of this turn that effect on The Creator. (10% chance to avoid )

Has a chance to restore the last skill that was use by The Creator (25% from max PP-point) (10% chance to get restore).
8.) Knowledgement
Make The Creator can use the talent of enemy has ( can choose only one time on first time when The Creator is in combat and it will effect until The Creator death ).
9.) Unconditional-l
Make The Creator can use any skill without conditional of skill [ For example, Dream Thief : dose effect on sleeping enemy (The Creator can make effect on awake enemy) or Lethal Power : make a lot of damage on a monster that have poison debuff already ( The Creator can make a lot of damage on a monster monster that have not poison debuff ) ].
10.) Unconditional-ll
Make The Creator can use any skill without side effect after skill was used [ For example, Super Fire Bomb : if use this skill without scorching or sandstorm, the user will get decrease physical attack (The Creator will not get decrease physical attack after use this skill ) ].
