Electric skills with the same name

Couple days ago I bought a skill named "Tormenta" which I though it was thunderstorm but it wasn't it was electrical storm. Today I changed the language of my device to english so I could get the correct one but when I changed back to spanish it was called "Tormenta" as well. So I did lose like 250 "Escencia de sabiduria" on that
please if you can fix this it will be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
