Hello, I inform you that there are technical problems in the last update! Since then, my game crashes enormous ... If you please arrange it! I am a regular gamer, I spend a lot of time and because of that I want to take off! Thank you

Even after the emergency maintenance problem is still not solved ... It's really annoying I put a lot of money in this game! I love it there and I'm really disappointed ... It's been 10 days now I can not play 10 minutes away without my application automatically closes !!!

Do something I beg (for information, my game is in french).

Note that Haypi Support does not work on the weekends so please try and send your inquiries in before then!

Note that Haypi support sends replies through the Support page in-game. They do NOT send replies to your game mailbox. In order for you to check if they replied and what their reply is go back to the support page again:
Menu > Help > Support > Tap here for the Reply

Send an e-mail if you can't contact them in-game.

This is where I explained my problem first ... Thank you! But I do not even have time to write a correct email without my game closes after a few minutes so I wanted to take my time to write here!

It would be a good idea to send them an e-mail on:
monstersupport@haypi.com

You wouldn't need to be in-game for this.
I'm sure they will respond to your e-mail.

Just sign in on your e-mail account (yahoomail, gmail, etc.).

Have you force closed the app and restarted? Have you rebooted your Iphone lately? Both of those should help if you haven't.

Also you can delete the app and reinstall it from apple, You will not lose anything in game. This may also help.

Support is going to ask you all of the above questions, plus what IOS version you have on iphone. Just a heads up.

And if you can't get a mail off in game, send an Email directly to monstersupport@haypi.com
be sure to give them your server #, username, and email address

I can no longer play correctly, it really is a bug to scare players ... Especially I am ranked among the best of my server!

I've tried everything ... Deleted the game, restart my iPhone, download the game from an App store in another country, in short EVERYTHING!

Spend $50 on an Iphone 4S... Never crashed once on me... or an Ipod touch.
