WTF is going on with WC (21/6/13)?

Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know whats happening with Chat?
I can not access World Chat nor my Alliance Chat, I haven't tried Private Chat but i'm fairly certain that's down too....
Does anyone else have this problem?

My iPhone always has a loading wheel spinning and my chats will not work either?? Any ideas yet? Oh, and the other servers work fine! Help?

I Spoke with Taluwen607 (One of the Experts running Server 607) earlier and she brought up a good point, it might be a network connectivity issue between S607 game server and the chat server. But, as neither of us run, nor know much about the game architecture, it is difficult to say.

Also, this issue has been ongoing for the past 16 hours, which is strange because if it IS a network connectivity issue it should be easy enough to fix... But for now the best thing to do is wait and just let the programmers fix this.

S607 chat is the only1 down...and that happen randomely. Maybe support wash working on something, and close chat accidently. As for now, letter mean while, and least wait to support to explain. Most likely they will reward for that.

The problem may not be fixed till Monday. Support has the weekends off.
