people on wc are talking that s608 has been released. Is that true ?

I just got an account on s607 a few days ago. I don't even feel like playing it. The #1 rank has well over 5 million prestige. How are new people supposed to compete with that? There's tons of alts they all admit to. Feeding themselves through their refers to get coins to their main accounts. They keep farming, cropping, stealing forts with these alts and it just keeps going on with no repercussions. Maybe an acct or two gets banned but it still continues.
