I wasn't aware of the sounds wombats make. :O I know koalas make a nasty sound when angered but... never heard a wombat.

Mute wombats are an inside joke from hk s22. One of the experts there, ~digit~ aka loveme! would mute people and make that face (the ._. one) and he called it a mute wombat, a play off the ban hammer phrase. It started one day when someone asked for a ban hammer on a player but experts can't ban, only mute. So digit said he would just let the mute wombats loose
