I think that ikk09 and are good candidates.. I started an alliance the other day. New to the game and they both joined yesterday wish put our rank close to 100.. Allowing us to get more members. They are very helpful and gracious for sticking with us cuz they could e in a much higher ranked alliance.

I think Ryan-10 should be a expert because hes a always on world chat helping people with there questions

I think amenly should be an expert. I've only been in the alliance with him for one day and he's already helped me more than anyone else in the weeks I've been playing
