Signatures are made with photo-editing programs such as Photoshop and GIMP.
I'm sorry, I used to be able to do quite a bit with photoshop, but it's been a long time . The result would look crappy .

You go to:
User Control Panel > Profile (on the left) > Edit signature > In there you can add the URL of your image and enclose it with [url][ /url].
Click on Submit and you'll have your own Signature!
