Granted, all the trees in the world are gone and so is all the paper, the air is unbreathable and everyone lives in specialized domes. Work is done on computers non stop and as a result the entire population has carpal tunnel syndrome, bad eyesight due to the artificial light, and slight hunchbacks from improper sitting techniques.

I wish I my eyesight didnt suck so much that I needed glasses, they are uncomfortable with headphones -__-

Granted. You have perfect 20/20 vision but you are deaf, mute, unable to smell or feel any sensations.
