Voted abusers, without them, PvP would be a fun place. OELs are part of PvP, no one is complaining about OELs in the actual Levels.

I think they're op and I have one of them. Doesn't mean they should be regulated though, there has to be something that's stronger than everything else otherwise you'll have one giant stalemate.
