Thank you for your purchases. Please check again and make sure the other two purchases went through successfully. If so, then please send an inquiry to
monstersupport@haypi.com and include the following info:
1. username and server no.
2. package details
3. order numbers/transaction ids
4. time and date of purchases
5. your Google wallet account or Paypal ID
We'll check and get back to you with corresponding solutions as soon as possible after receiving the info above. We would also appreciate it a lot if you could refrain yourself from sending the same inquiry repeatedly via different methods.
