iPAD unable to log on!! Help!

iPAD unable to log on!! Help!

When i try to enter game using ipad i press START button, game says 'connecting' and then kicks me off to APP screen. So i am unable to enter game! Why is this update so bugged??

We're sorry to hear what you just experienced. Could you please provide us with more details(we've checked on the iPad version and haven't encountered your issue):
1. problem username and server no.
2. iPad configuration and details, for example iPad 1st Generation, XXX G, iOS version no...etc.
3. device language
4. On which occasion did you encounter the force close? "My Account" login or "Start" login?
5. If there's any other details about your issue, please feel free to let us know.

The more details we receive, the quicker we are able to check and identify the issue for you.

I am on my itouch and have the exact same issue. Go to log in and I get to connecting and it kicks me out of the app all together. Cannot log in.

I am still unable to log on from my iPAD

I am using
IoS version 5.1.1
Ipad Model MB292LL (1st Gen)

I have tried to do the several attempt method (tried 20 times to start game) and it did not work.

Then i tried the turning off wifi method and it did not work either.

Will haypi support offer a solution?

Is there compensation for us ipad users that have been unable to get access longer than others after update?
Feel that Encyclopdia is overpriced?

I having the same problem and it now seems like they don't going to do something with this, they release bad update and "delete" users with old devices like Apple want

Hi Akaiyou&tememl,

If you update your device to a higher OS version that can help solve the issue. As Apple OS and application keep updating, iOS 5 is a bit layback due to its limited memory and performance. Currently, I cannot provide you any other solution besides the ones we've already shared. Anyway, we'll still forward your device details and info to the team and hope to see some other method coming.

Support9 please understand that these devices CANNOT be updated! You are asking us to do something impossible.

Also the game says compatible with ios 5 or higher. So it should work with these devices if they wish to remain with that description in the apple app store

Also recently after midnight my device began working and log onto haypi but then again at reset time it stopped working (data overload maybe?) so i tried logging on from another device and i had some monsters missing i contacted support ingame about this so please respond and help.

It is bad already that my device will not connect! I don't want more issues
