Goes back to start

I need help. Everytime I exit the game and try to go back in, I end up at the very start of the game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, log in through my account but it still doesnt work. I'm getting unknown code 11018.

I made a username, the one im using now. Its funny because sometimes by chance I get to where I left, but often it brings me to the very start of the game.

If you exit game in a level, the server will store or keep you there only for a certain time period. Then it will boot you back to your home screen when you log in.
This explaination is I understand you correctly. lol

I mean it brings me to the very start where the explanation of the story begins.
