Ladder Glitch

I dont know how many times this Glitch was reported but again.

Ladder Glitch: Dont refresh your Ladder Page for minutes and then attack someone. Did you win and this Player already moved meanwhile you didnt refresh then you will take his new Rank and maybe jumped 6 - or higher Ranks instead of normal 5 Ranks.
I know alot of people doing this and i did it too but i think this should be fixed to make Ladder more fair.
Maybe my suggestion for this issue is technically a way:
Just double check via Server everytime before starting a Fight if Attacker X is not more than 5 Ranks behind Target Y. Is it more than 5 Ranks difference Server will send you pop up msg telling you you cannot Attack.

tl;dr : If Target rank >+5 or <-5 = true - Can't battle.

But yea, I haven't experienced this problem myself, mainly because I'm not doing Ladder since the merged Servers, but I can see it being a huge problem, especially with the renewed player activity during the reset.
