Bug on monster catch probability
I'm 100% sure that the code your programmers coded in order to implement the catch rate of monsters are not working as they should be.
For example, when I see that I have 40% chance to catch a monster, I often have to spend 5~6 cards before I can catch a monster. I've been running a lot of these runs to know that I wasn't just unlucky that one time.
Please have your designer at least run a monte carlo simulation on the monster catch rate to see if the probability displayed is truly the probability that one can catch the monster.
Simple probability tells me that things aren't working very well with the monster catching.
