Didn't receive log in rewards

I got my ladder and VIP rewards but today, 3-31-14 I did not receive my log in rewards. Seal cards, exp card, dice, resurrection card, gold coin.
This needs to be fixed or compensated as this is the only way to get ress cards

Relog and check again.

Did it before I posted. Forced closed the app. Checked my other account and got it there, just not my main. It's not so much a big deal but things like this just shouldn't happen.

We didn't found any logs showing that you've claimed your Online Reward on Mar. 31st.

There are logs showing you've claimed your Login Reward, VIP and Ladder rewards.

Could you please recall and confirm back?
