lost account

Hello dear Haypi monster . I have problem with my account. he was deleted .
my olda account zahid971 i dont know why he was deleted it was usual day when i enter in the game And OOPS! i have only little dragon and tutorial .
how i can fix it? can you check in history my account? and possible give it back? with my items and monsters. Zahid971

Dear Zahid971,

Your account was deleted because of inactiveness. Weeks ago, we've done a server merge on Haypi Monster servers. During the server merge, we've also cleared inactive players.

The following may answer your confusion:
"If you haven't logged in for the past 30 DAYS, your NON-VIP account will not be moved to the brand new server."

"1. All inactive accounts that do not fit the merge criteria will still be kept. You will be able to login your account if you return to the game, but you’ll start from scratch on that account."

We are sorry that we can't restore the items and monsters for you in this case. Deleted accounts will have to start all over from scratch.
