Didn't received activity reward, again...

I spin the roulette on TM and several times land on Activity reward but i didn't get even one!!! It's disappearing 3 times in my bag. Inittialy i thought i see the wrong item not activity reward but i don't!!!!!! HElp!!!

Could you please kill the game from multi-tasking and then log back in the game and confirm again next time the similiar situation occurs? It may have been a connection latency.
