I bought 2 $1 coin packs yesterday and I haven't received any gold yet the rewards ....
Any ideas what it is ? I'm kinda frustrated now. Please help!

Please forward your confirmation letters to monstersupport@haypi.com or your in-game supports. We recommend you to include the following information in your inquiry:
1. username with correct spelling, and server no.
2. date of purchase
3. order no. /receipt no.
4. confirmation letter
5. your email relevant to the purchase

We'll check and get back to you with appropriate solution.
