Log in ... and ladder

There was a ladder match issue I was having that has probably been brought up already, but it consisted of my getting to the end of the battle and being one hit away from winning and it froze, yet I could still change battle speed, text in the chat rooms etc. It's happened numerous times.

The real issue though is my inability to log in at the moment. I have the most recent, updated version. My log in just sat there saying 'connecting' for a while and then went back to the home page. I tried changing my password and it says incorrect password to anything I change it to, successfully in the management screen on browser, and does the same time out thing with old password.

If I uninstall and install again will I lose my progress? I assume no, but I'd like to make sure.

As far as I know, re-installing the game won't delete your account, as it is accessible via any Android device, not only yours. However, a lot of people are having the log-in error at the moment, so I'm pretty sure reinstalling won't fix it.

Ah. Fair enough. I won't try the re-install thing yet then, though that was my logic too. Any sort of rough time frame on a fix? Hours, days, weeks?

According to another post in the Forum, Support is on ''holiday'' till February 7th, so I expect it to be fixed this Friday!
