Setanic Design Flaw

I am not sure if this qualifies as a bug report, but I am sure that this was not how Setanic was meant to be. The problem is Setanics design, there is a very tiny spot on his head that appears to have a portion ,"erased", for lack of a better word. If my explanation was not clear, I did take the time to create an image.

From my stand point, it looks like the design review overlooked this miniscule flaw. Not a major concern in terms of how it effects gameplay, but I just thought I should point it out to who ever is in charge of such matters.
