Cannot purchase gold

Hi, i was trying for purchase gold since yesterday. But it doesn't work until now. i checked my bank account, itunes. Everything is good, i just can not purchase gold..help me please..

Check your Apple Id, and it's security questions.

I have the same problem, but it's not because of the apple id!
I don't know the real error message because I have the german version.
It means: "You have already bought this iten but it wasn't loaded" Then it is said that if I click to "ok" that it will loaded. If I do that I get a second message: "purchase unsuccessful, try again".
Can someone help me, pls?
Or is there a german support, too?

Hmmm, I have no clue what it could be then .
I think your best try would be contacting the Quicksupport.
It can take up to a week before they answer though ...
