Missing Raid Boss

I have been encountering the missing raid boss issue numerous times in recent weeks (in BL-5, BL-11, and BL-13 normal modes for example). I thought this issue was fixed in the latest update, but it is resurfacing again. I am not sure if this is related to the lag issues we have been having on Server 3, but please fix the missing raid boss issue soon.

As far as I know, it has nothing to do with the lag.
I've lost quite a few aswell, but Server 28 isn't really the laggiest Server out there .
