Teaching Skills prevent monsters from Learning skills

This might not actually be a bug, but for players who don't know Haypi might want to inform them before this happens:

I taught my Levi Tsunami at level 22 to help with TM Barren and decided to get rid of Erupting Spring in slot 2 (big mistake). I also taught him rain prayer and soak in slots 3 and 4 (not relevant). Slot 2 is where Levi learns Water Torrent at level 50. So when my Levi got to level 50 it did not learn Water Torrent. My plan was to overwrite infliction that was still in slot 1 but it didn't give me to option.

Take away: If you teach your monster a skill with a skill book in a slot where they are going to learn another skill, they won't learn that skill.

I had the same question a while ago, and I simply asked the Forum, easy enough . It's what it's there for.

I learned this lesson back in January, I taught my Draco something where Wildfire was supposed to go, A few players had done this as well. There were quite a few topics about this long ago, I haven't thought about it in a long time.
We didn't know back then and Haypi I thought put it in some update notes.?? but maybe our pal Koenaj can edit something into his awesome guide if its not in there already??

A) It's most likely that you've used a Skill Book on the slot the new-learned skill would go.
Skills that are learned via skill books will always go before self-learned skills, so pay close attention to this!

Should be mentioned in tutorial or the first time you try to learn a skill... Or Atleast only be able to learn skills after you have obtained all the level up skills.
