Revive glitch

I just got kicked out of ten top pvp weekly because of what I can only assume is a glitch. I had my neon use slash while fighting a scythe and he killed it in the first attack, then did two more hits, Immediately following scythe revived and killed me. I am wondering why after I killed him in the first hit It didn't revive on the spot, instead he waited until my attack's were done, revived after it was overkilled and easily won the battle.

i dont think he is talking about any of this.

Thats not a glitch , however you can try to "suggest" it being revived before the skill is finished.

He might be mistaken .
Aaalways try to eliminate all the options before you call something a bug .
