Can't buy coins

I have credit in my itunes account, I try to use it to buy some coins package in game, the dialog said it was successful but I don't see any transaction or coin in my account (It don't ask for my itunes password also, click the buy icon then the notice dialog).

Check you itunes account and see if the $$ was deducted. If so, find the transaction # from apple and email that and your info to

monstersupport@haypi.com

If it has not been deducted, I would send an email and send a mail in game as well.
