Error while claiming boss essence

Whenever I kill a boss, I claim the essence but it doesn't show up in my inventory, though my inventory isn't full..... Please help

you pick up your boss essence from the daily rewards icon. It should appear there. If you're saying that you got claimed it from the rewards and it disappeared? You should report it in.
