Did not receive PVP rewards

I am writing on behalf of my friend, Taojan, of Server 35, as he is not very conversant in English. He was 2nd in last week's PVP and in the monthly PVP but he did not receive the rewards. He has reported to Support but until now, there has been no reply and he has yet to receive his rewards. Is there a bug? Has anyone encountered the same problem and what should we do? TIA.

Does no one on your server read update/maintenance notes?

This has nothing to do with the reading of updates. Everyone received his/her rewards on Tuesday, except for the friend I mentioned above.

I am merely asking if anyone has encountered similar problems and how should we go about claiming the rewards. It appears as if the Support has not been very supportive in my server.

Lol. I think I know where the miscommunication is. What I mean is he did not receive the reward last week. He should have received it last Tues. My apologies for not being clear enough.

I know of a person in my Server that did not recieve his reward either.
Don't really know what's going on, best you can do is send a Ticket to the support I guess.

Does he deserve to get a reward if he all do is keep on cheating to get a high score....

If you mean score boosting, no.
If you have evidence (screenshots) of him boosting his own score, you can send them to the Support here:

He will be removed from the Weekly rankings and will not recieve the reward.
