Missing Raid Bosses

Hi Support,

I would like to seek your assistance regarding this rampant issue on disappearing raid bosses.. Recently I've lost my, my gf's and my officemate' bosses.. Please provide us answers to our questions:

1. Whats the reason that our bosses disappears?
2. Why does it take another 24hra before we encounter another boss if it disappears?
3. You know how long it sometimes takes to find a boss, given that it disappears are there any compensation to be provided to us?
4. Why is it that you reply that you're gonna be checking but don't return to us after releasing the mail?

Please take time to address our concerns.. Sending on behalf of me and the other player's who've lost their bosses..

I can provide you the time when our accounts encountered our bosses if you need this..

My Leshy was gone this morning as well. I don't care, but I did notice.

Same thing happened to me in 2-3 with an Angelo boss. It happened when I hit "Ignore" instead of fighting the boss right away. Until Haypi fixes the problem, I am just fighting the boss instead of hitting "Ignore."

Yep the same happened to me i hit skip fight and then it vanishes !!!! How is anyone supposed to get griff if bosses are still doing this
