Chat delay/lag

Dear support,

I am having a severe chat problem. All messages (both received and sent) do not show up until 5-10 mins later. It always happens.

How on earth could someone play a massive muti-player game when he cannot communicate?

Hi

In addition, I found that this problem seems to occur only with my account. When I log on using my friend's account, chatting becomes normal. That is weird.

Dont know if anyone has the same problem as I do. But as I am a part of this game community, hope you guys dont abandon me.

Wow 5-10mins? o.o I've had messages delay up to 1min before but never that long... I do hope support gets this fixed for you and everyone else on your sever soon. One more thing, you might want to contact support directly to be sure they are notified of this.

I have a buddy whose messages don't get sent until after this as well.
Is this a connection problem?
