My friend is having problem on purchasing coins from the server. Brw were from server 40. What might be the cause of this problem?

What message is he getting? Or is it just taking a really long time for the confirm screen to show? If it's the confirm to buy screen, It takes mine about a minute or longer sometimes to show up.
If he thinks the problem is from Haypi Monster, then he needs to send a mail to support in game, and Email monstersupport@haypi.com
