Expert and veteran attempts lost

Today when I collected my ultimate shards and turned them in, instead of adding the two attempts for veteran or expert it subtracted them from my overall total. Has anyone else encountered this? This is really frustrating as that's what I mainly do when I'm on haypi monster and it's unfair for a glitch like this to happen. So what's going on here admins, can you please fix this problem please?
