Rain Prayer and Water Torrent

My Cygness is equipped with rain prayer and water torrent, but it always uses water torrent first without casting rain prayer. Please fix the AI on Cygness.

By contrast, most Ignightmares with celestial prayer and super fire bomb cast celestial prayer first before using super fire bomb.

Not everytime Ignightmare will cast celestial prayer thou
Mine one sometimes when it encounters with Vertedeath, it uses fire blast first and then cast the prayer. But mostly it casts the prayer first.

Epic water monsters will use rain prayer, if they have an element advantage.
However, if they face electric or plant monsters, they will always cast rain prayer

IT HAPPENS WITH ALL WEATHER, not just rain...
and it does not relate with facing counter/adv element type.
it random, even PoD didn't activate everytime!!

i encounters the exact the same problem with my cygness. against draco, ign, scythe and behe it will never cast rain prayer, even when my opponents have alrdy casted celestrial prayer and sandstorm. very annyoing to see your birds loose to fire and earth because of the AI.

How about this for some smart AI, My behemouth goes up against a scythe in ladder, Scythe casts boulder I stun, then he does boulder again Im about 30% from dead. MY Behemouth casts freakin SANDSTORM!!! So now scythe hits harder, kills boopie, and proceeds to kill my smiter next.

I didn't know sandstorm boosts damage?

When the you face mobs with weaker element it will not cast weather first.

water vs. rock/fire
Fire vs. plant/ice

Not a bug, just bad AI logic.

I am sorry, he didn't hit harder, but the accuracy improved. So instead of 90% hit rate boulder probably went to 95%, That wasn't the point though, Point was why in the world would boopie cast sandstorm at that point? There was no weaker element, both were the same. He could have got a few rock slings or falls in before he died. And for some reason they always cast rock sling over and over as well.
If he had hit scythe a few times and not cast sandstorm, 1) my smiter would have 1 hit him for the win, 2) Not increased scythe's accuracy and damaged my smither every turn by 8%.

If your cygness has advantage over your opponent monster it didnt cast rain. Ex. Cygness vs fire/rock element. And cast rain if has no advantage.
