Coin didnt receive..

After the maintenance i purchase a coin 2x9 coins thats .99 and 1x50 coins its 4.99 and also to my other account is 1x99 so i never receive to my main account the 7 dollars purchasing but to my other account it been receive like an 4 hrs so to my main account until now i never receive it yet... So just want to confirm until when im gonna wait till my main account got the one that o purchAse...so pls help me because im wait already like 12hrs to get the coin and reward to my main account thanks...i want to post a picture here but im using my iphone...i dont know how to attach a picture here...

the corresponding coins of these 6 USD have been added into your account. Please check and confirm.
