Why I can't log in to my user?it say player not existed?!
Support pls help

I have the same problem too . I can't login and although I have good Internet connection it says I don't have good Internet connection . I think we must delete and re-download it to refresh it .

There might be an unscheduled maintenance.
Previously, when they did this, they compensated with gold coins so I hope that this will happen.

Let's wait patiently for now as this doesn't seem to be a problem as everyone has been disconnected.
