Coins and bonus

I purchased coins twice through the new screen showing bonuses and neither the bonuses are showing anywhere, and the coins havent been added - though the purchase went through successfully.

I have also purchased coin and haven't received them yet. It was 100$ worth so I would really appreciate it if I got them soon

Ailsa confirmed to me that there is a delay when purchasing gold coins.

Please allow up to a few hours after purchasing for them to arrive to your account.
If it takes more than a day, or even half a day, I would recommend sending an inquiry to Haypi Monster Support at:
