Encyclopedia

My whole encyclopedia is blank...every monster i try to look at i cant read anything because nothing is there.. Ive restarted app and redownloaded app .. Turned off phone and everything but nothing fixes it lol

Wow, now thats a first! Even if you wait say a min or 2 it still never comes up? When you are in home screen does the numbers show anything? ie. 102/136?

Its been an hour now and still like this... On home screen it says i have 92 monsters but i open up encyclopedia and i get nothing... Idk how support wants me to play like this? I messaged my server support ... But doubt shes gonna help me...

What server are you on? On s2 support usually responds back around 6am to 8 am eastern time. At least thats when I have gotten my responses. It may take awhile for them to respond. Just check your reply box where you sent the in game mail to them every now and then.

I know it takes them awhile to reply but my support on s23 isnt on every day.. And when she is her responses are the same... "Thank you we will look into this" and i noticed from previous haypi games, that support likes to blame there game bugs and glitches on the players... And almost never compensates or makes it right for the inconvenience. :(

You can always email support directly, not just from in game.

Make sure to give them your server #, username, and an email address to reply to.

See what i mean they blame the players... Its not communication delay... Its been like this for 3 days straight. Why dont you guys take responsibility for your own problems?

It does not seem like support is blaming players in the reply. I think they mean communication delay/error with the app that's why the encyclopedia is not loading properly. There has been a lot of problems with connectivity since the last update that they did.

I had a similar problem with team mode. When I enter team mode I see a list of my monsters (similar to what you have in the training section). I tried to exit the game a few times still did not work. Pressed whatever button I could until I got to the map. Brute force works sometimes. Since you have done all that...maybe try logging in from a different device? Not sure IF that would work, or why that would even work but it wont hurt to give it a try.

In any case, what do you need to know from the encyclopedia? I can give you screenshots.Just dont let me do all of them :)
