I go to buy VIP and it doesn't load I waited an hour and nothing how can this be fixed?

have you recived any notification from the system?
Hope the methods below would be helpful to you.
Method One:
1. Please exit the app completely (make sure NOT leave it running under multi-tasking list)
2. relogin and check again.

Method Two:
1. Purchase another coin package, please cancel the purchase after seeing the pop-up info window
2. Restart the app and check again.

If you still fail to receive the coin package, after trying the previous methods, please copy and paste the iTunes confirmation letter and then send it to monstersupport@haypi.com
