Hello servicer,

I have reflected this issue in the 4/28.
I spend NT$150.00 to purchasing "A bag of coins" once and system appears purchasing success.
But My account's coins still zero and I have received the purchasing e-mail.
I have reflected this issue and mail to support and service mail many times,but nobody answer me.
Please check the record and help me to solve it,thanks!
My original account id is HA_838969 and register id is letterchen.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? ._. ? while waiting for their response?

Yes,I wait their response six days.

But they don't response to me.
