Lose conection at team mode no prize

Yesterday it happened that I disconnect at the end of team mode (frozen cavern) and when logged in again I appear in the main screen with the cool down in team mode, and I got no prize for the spin, also I'm not sure if I got the exp. for the monsters.

This happened again today, and the same. Not prize, and I'm not sure about the XP.

I already wrote support with no answer.

What can I do? Shouldn't the game hold the state of where i was? and spin for me and send my reward? or at least don't start the cool down. Fix this ASAP.

Usually, if I leave the game running in the background for a few minutes to do something, it works UNLESS I was in team mode or PvP when I left. With these two, I seem to disconnect and go back to the main page.

I have your situation happen to me a number of times as well.
However, I was in the boss levels when I DC-ed. I believe that the timer for Team Mode starts its cooldown when you enter the boss level and not when you go into the prize wheel. However, if you were in the boss level, you should have gotten the monster experience because it's like you're in auto mode. You wouldn't get the prizes from the prize wheel, though, as well as the player experience and the money.

I didn't die... I just pass that part, and then disconnect

then just the cool down started but I don't have my prize! and is really annoying!! why start the cool down and not return to the prize wheel?

and i haven't monitor the xp, but I don't know if I was getting that either...

this should be fix ASAP... the connectivity problem is huge!!

@support I'm still waiting for your reply! and I want my prizes back!
