Cant buy coins -_-

i tried to buy coins but it said that i fail to buy it and then when i checked my debit card, it showed that it charge the money that i bought coins. I tried to log out and sign in again, but i didnt see the coins that i bought.

Email monstersupport@haypi.com with a copy of the receipt from Apple. With your server # and username.
